Privacy policy

1. axion-ai.fr website

The axion-ai.fr website is a presentation site. It contains no email collection form, no tracking cookies, no social network pixels. The only data technically collected is your IP address, by our host Cloudflare, for security reasons (anti-DDoS). Cloudflare anonymises and purges these logs after 30 days.

2. Drape application

The Drape application (hosted on allure-kappa.vercel.app and on its own domain eventually) collects the following data solely to make the service work:

• Your email (for magic-link authentication)
• Your onboarding answers (build, life, taste) to generate your style profile
• Your clothing photos (stored in your browser, not on our servers in V1)
• Your outfit ratings (score + photo, stored locally)
• Your subscription status (plan, trial expiry date)

3. Data shared with third parties

For the AI to function, some of your data is sent encrypted to third-party services:

• Google Gemini (generative AI): your onboarding answers and photos are analysed by the Gemini API. Google commits not to use this data to train its models in the context of the paid API.
• Stripe (payment): your email, plan, and encrypted card information (Stripe never transmits your card number to us).
• Supabase (database + auth): your email, plan, and account status stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in Europe.
• Open-meteo (weather): your approximate geolocation to adapt outfits to weather. No personal data sent.

4. What we NEVER do

• ❌ Sell or rent your data to commercial partners
• ❌ Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel or similar
• ❌ Store your photos on our servers (V1: everything stays in your browser)
• ❌ Send promotional emails without your explicit consent
• ❌ Track your navigation across third-party sites

5. Your GDPR rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (« right to be forgotten »)
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

To exercise these rights, contact support@axion-ai.fr. Response within 30 days max.

6. Updates

This policy may evolve. The last update date is shown below. In case of substantial change, we notify active users by email.
